I've just upgraded my iPhone, and I noticed I wasn't getting texts or calls whilst I was out walking. My messages all came through when I got home and my WiFi kicked in.
When I look at my Settings - Mobile Data there's nothing there. Instead of an option to switch on/off there's just an Add Data Plan option. When I click on that it asks me to scan a QR code from my network provider, or Enter Details Manually.
I didn't get an email from O2 with details of the new data plan, or a QR code to scan so I don't know what to do- does anyone have any suggestions? It's the first time I've done an Online upgrade, due to the current situation. I've always gone into a store before, so I feel like I must have missed something here.
