O2 can't keep a simple promise

In my household everyone is on o2 and three of us are on o2 monthly contracts. We've never had problems with o2 until recently with my dads contract. We started off with a simple 300 minute unlimited text tariff of which he went over on the minutes however the bill came to an astonishing £80! Thats more than my mums and my unlimited min/texts tariffs combined!! Are you serious o2?!

We paid the bill and spoke to o2 who agreed to give us back £20. Fine we will accept that and change the contract to unlimited texts and minutes and that should be it right? Sorted? Nope

The next month we got charged the old contract amount along with the new contract price and got absolutely no discount. I called up and had a go and they said they had forgotten and I would have to wait until the next month to get my discount. Well today is that day and guess what? FULL PRICE. Pathetic o2 I will be cancelling all our contracts if this isn't resolved the next time I call up. Simple as that. Pathetic service after being with you for 8 years. Absolutely pathetic.

Unofficially, I think so.

Only get 2 bars inside the house so unfortunately I'm limited to crap speeds of around 50Mbps.

Don't know why you lot are arguing over network speeds when you will never need to utilise that speed on a mobile device and if you do you'll just run out of data in a few minutes. I've disabled 4G because 1080p video does not require it and 4G uses a lot more power than 3G. You should be more worried about the networks signal strength, stability and the price you're paying than "oooh look at my peak speed that I will never use in real world applicaitons"

It's not arguing dear, it's comparing.
And yes, I do use that speed for short bursts, it means my hi res audio playlists can be pulled from the cloud much quicker and I can listen whilst out and about much easier, yeah it kills about 15GB a month but hey, who's counting innit.

Hope you got some nice Beats By Dre to reproduce that high fidelity audio how the artist would want you to hear it!

Only joking... what's wrong with a bit of lossy compression ey?

Beats by Dre aren't hi fidelity, they only have a maximum response of 20kHz,
But yes I do have hi res audio headphones
