Hello, I would like to ask you how many times I have to beg you for a simple thing, namely my VAT invoice? for 3 weeks I have been constantly talking to you and your employees only promise that they will provide me with access through my account, because someone has simply cut off this access with the update of your website. this is not serious on your part.....why not the same with the pay?

O2 made the decision to go VAT inclusive on Consumer Tariffs.

Yes, they can do VAT bills going forward but as it is technically a simple task it seems beyond the capability of normal customer services
