Are O2 tariffs all Refresh now or is it cus myt upgrade date isnt until 22nd january that im getting nothing but these tariffs on the site?

I looked at GG last night. To be honest expensive compared to TescoMobile.

But I will check out the appropriate offers when I am able to shift away. Given the dreadful signal here I will go. (Sim only though)

Tbh whenever companies fail I will aim to kick them where it hurts. ..... In the pocket.

This year I get 75% off Sky for a year. This week they have tried to add chargeable extras to my account without discussing it then when I phoned to complain was told that they aren't chargeable (even though I have it in writing that they are) after much discussion they confirmed the correct pricing schedule.

given it took almost an hour of my time and a call to an 0844 number I told them clearly either a free month or cancel. He said no to free month so I told him to cancel. Realising I was not joking he asked meto hold whilst he spoke to his manager and the free month was added.

Its the only way to treat these companies giving bad service.
