Hi

If you don't like the Refresh tariff, you can upgrade at Carphonewarehouse for example and still stay with O2

Hi

Not all are O2 refresh - however most of the main handsets are refresh-only.

Not sure how you think that, people have been asking for years for a way to upgrade whenever they want to and here it is.

Pay off the phone and go straight to a new contract with no waiting.......

Well thats what you have to put up with if you take a 24 month contract I guess. Theres nothing to suggest that Refresh is going to be better for me personally. For example in a year when an even better Nokia or even iPhone 6s is released I may not be able to afford a new handset.

I did go to my local CPW but they were'nt helpful - at all. They said that the only way I could get a 1020 is if I pay £42 a month and get a 4G tariff.

In a year's tiime you could pay off the phone and not have to pay the rest of the contract by using Refresh!
