I contected today with o2 about reconnect and customer service told me that is will be done 24 hours etc but i need to reset my direct debit... how can I do it if I cant logg in to the account because any code not comming to me because my number is disconnected and not recognized....
or
after reconnect then should I reset direct debit ? whats mean?

Should I to wait until my number will recognized i think that it will be good...
I am not sure now that they give me back my old number so direct debit should be setup later .... ?
