I need to transfer my number to a differed SIM card and cancel monthly subscription. Tried phoning but line was hopeless and got cut of 4 times. I need to connect to a chat assistant but can’t seem to find out how

Chat is hit and miss at the best of times, and is now only in the My o2 app.
You might be able to use the social media team for this - all links are in the guide below
