Number not recognized after cancelled transfer

I have a problem with my o2 number so I need to ask for your help asap.
 
Few days ago I sent request to Vodafone for transfer my number from o2 to Vodafone.
My o2 number is xxxxxxxxxx and I used PAC code xxxxxxxxxx
 
after this request I changed my mind and after contacted with Vodafone they cancelled my request for this transfer but 17/04/20 o2 provider disconnected my number and I cannot use this number despite the Vodafone cancelled it....
 
My question is how can I recover xxxxxxxxxxx number because now this number should be back to o2 provider when first request was cancelled.
 
Could you connect my old number for use?
How can I send request to recover my old o2 number?

I contected today with o2 about reconnect and customer service told me that is will be done 24 hours etc but i need to reset my direct debit... how can I do it if I cant logg in to the account because any code not comming to me because my number is disconnected and not recognized....

 

 

or

 

after reconnect then should I reset direct debit ? whats mean?

Should I to wait until my number will  recognized i think that it will be good...

I am not sure now that they give me back my old number so direct debit should be setup later .... ?
