I have checked my latest bill and I am going to be charged twice for insurance. My airtime bill last month was £18.60, the next one is about to be over £44, I’ve checked my account and I am being charged twice for insurance. Sort this out please!

We are not O2 so can't 'sort this out'.

I’ve tried ringing and because it isn’t a fraud case they keep referring me to websites, I know there’s a pandemic on but I still shouldn’t have to be over charged on my bills.
