Number Transfer

Bought my new phone last Tuesday (10th April) and phoned to transfer my number from my old phone on the same day. Been into store and spoken to customer care twice who have all said to wait 24 hours.

It's now been a week and my number still hasn't transferred.

Help please!

@Martin-O2 Nope! Now spoken to 5 members of the customer care team who all say it will be done within 24 hours and still nothing has happened.

When did you get your pac from your old provider?
They only last for 30 days so if longer than that you’ll need to get a new one.
