Bought my new phone last Tuesday (10th April) and phoned to transfer my number from my old phone on the same day. Been into store and spoken to customer care twice who have all said to wait 24 hours.
It's now been a week and my number still hasn't transferred.
I ask because there is no mention of when the pac was obtained, only when request was made to transfer number.
