I've activated and topped up a new Classic Payg sim and added it to my account on My o2. I'd like to port my existing 1p mobile number to O2 but cannot find how to do this online.  I remember it was fairly easy to do this through chat on a Pay Monthly account but chat isn't available on Pay As you Go.  Any idea how to do this without having to wait ages on 4445?

You will need to call them, on 4445 and give them the PAC Code, if the option is not available in myo2.

This is not customer services and we dont have access to your account
I do not work for o2 or any VMo2 /Telefonica/Liberty Global Company

See guide Guide: Migration & porting into O2

Guide: How to find help & contact O2

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Thanks both.  The guide shows how to do it for pay monthly but it's not available online it seems, for PayG.  Will have to call 4445.  Sigh.
