Hi,
I have recently moved over from Vodafone and think I've ended up with half a port, I can make calls but not receive and neither can I receive texts.
Can someone help? This is so frustrating!!

Only cs can help you @Anonymous
They willl need to request the port files again if it's been over 24 hours since your port.

Oh jeez...fairly common then.
What is strange is that I never received a text from O2 to say the port was fully complete, but it should have been done fully by now as it was last Weds / Thurs I gave them my PAC code.

Rebooted, restored..tried everything. I have an iPhone and it shows my correct number in the settings, but my line is dead when you try and call it. But I can make calls. Very odd. Get no texts either, just iMessages.

Well I have to say O2 are nothing short of a disgrace....and I shall be cancelling my account tomorrow morning.
Each time I call I get the same " I will complete the necessary paperwork blah blah blah and they will respond within 24hrs".
I did get a call from their Tech dept yesterday afternoon to say they are trying to sort it...but I'm not being updated and still doesn't work. I am so p*ssed off, how can they not rectify this immediately?? It's what they do, they provide a mobile network so surely when a customer cannot receive calls etc after a port, it should be a quick fix...
One would have thought they'd have gone back to Voda and asked for the port data again. Clearly they have muppets working for them.
