hi myname is adrian and i have not long upgraded my samsung galaxy s6 to samsung galaxy s6 edge but i have noticed that i have to accounts open but when i upgraded i said i wanted to keep my old number for my new mobile phone my old number ******* this is the number i want to keep .but ive noticed that o2 have given me a new number with the new phone .my old account price every month is £34.18 for my old number . and my other number for the new upgrade price is £47.50 every month i have had this promblum before please can you contact me on my mobile number that i am useing witch is ****** because im comfussed and i dont no what to do yours sincerely mr adrian cotton

The problem is that you haven't upgraded you have taken out a new account. Call 202 and they will transfer your number to the new account which will automatically close the original s6 account.

This is not o2 customer services but a customer to customer self help community you need to ring o2 to resolve this
also I would remove your mobile number from this public forum as it may lead to spam calls etc
