Cannot access o2 account

my number was ported to o2 today. I have no data or reception to receive texts or calls, how am I supposed to use my account? Please help me to use my data, texts and calls.
when I try to access my online account it keeps trying to text me a code but I cannot receive it.

This is a customer to customer community, not O2, so we cannot access your account, sorry.
You need to contact O2.
