Over the weekend I filled out a form on o2's website, with my PAK number.
Think I remember reading 1 working day after 5pm...this has not happened?
Also these Guru's...they are never available online, so why not just remove the confusion and omit them from this website?

Still not working, filled form in twice.... I'm struggling to see how this forum is going to help. I will have to ring up.

@Anonymous as mentioned above it can take 2 working days from when the form is submitted but if you've waited this period out twice then you'll have to give customer services a call.

Thank you all who put effort into helping me. Once PAC code was in place, things went perfectly.
