Hi, just wondered if somebody can help me. I have been trying from Monday to migrate my original O2 number to my new o2 number. I have worked out that original number is on the new billing system and the new number is on the old billing system. My original number and Sim card is now not working and the number you have called is not recognised. I have had this original number now for 20 years and it is used for everything. I am struggling to find anybody at o2 which understands the migration of numbers. If my original number was still working, I would have probably just port out and back in again. Thanks Jason
