Old O2 debt

Hi There,

I have recently been made aware of an old O2 debt against a sister company that is no longer running. I have asked O2 for details as a director left and didn't leave any details for this (I know it's a dongle) I have an account number, but O2 won't give me any information as I don't know the address used at the time or the password. Does anyone have any advice please? I just to pay the outstanding balance and close this case.

You are going to struggle, unless you can find the old director and get them to tell you the details, As without those details you arent going to pass security, and you could be anyone trying to access the account. 

As I said, I would try and find out who and when they setup the account, and if anyone still at the company that remembers it.  Or try companies house.
