This isn't customer services, it's a community forum.
Remember it must be reported lost/stolen within 24 hrs, otherwise you will be liable for any charges made on your device after that time. i.e.
The loss must be reported to O2 within 24 hours. That way, the customer can only be held liable for any charges up to the point of reporting or a maximum liability of £100.
