This is not O2. It's a public customer community. Please remove your phone number. Click on Options in the upper right corner and then Edit Reply.

This isn't customer services, it's a community forum.

 

Remember it must be reported lost/stolen within 24 hrs, otherwise you will be liable for any charges made on your device after that time. i.e.

The loss must be reported to O2 within 24 hours. That way, the customer can only be held liable for any charges up to the point of reporting or a maximum liability of £100.

Have you sorted out the sim through Customer Services and how are things going?
