Can anyone help, on my phone, I have two amount stating they are from iTunes paying 9.99 and 9.48, when I check subscriptions and on the Apple page I don’t seem to have any charges for this amount. Who do speak to, TIA Chris7

Start by asking Apple as O2 just pass on charges given to them.

They won't know why.

I went onto them, well my mum did as I am deaf, and it turns out my niece has one of them on her iPad and other one is my sister, so now I know they will be cancelling them. Thanks MI5 for your very sound advice
