I have been charged 10.74 for iTunes subscription which I did not sanction

You will need to speak to Apple via https://support.apple.com and ask them, as all o2 do is pass on the charge from them.. 

If you have an Apple ID Log in and you can see all purchases.. 


There is not a lot o2 can do, part from put a Charge to Mobile Bill bar on the phone going forward..
