I have just changed my tariff to sim only. I received an email to say my travel zone has been removed. Under tariffs it says if I have a 100GB data plan I should retain this. My new tariff is over 100 so not sure why it has been removed?

When you change tariffs the bolt ons you had are removed from the old tariff, which is what the email relates to.

They are then added to your new tariff.

It's just the way the system processes changes.

It's a misleading message.

Go into MyO2 and check if you have the bolt on. If not give them a ring

Guide: How to find help & contact O2

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
