Hi, I have left the country and closed my account with yourselves but have received a bill for £5. Please advise how I can settle this as I cannot call the UK and cannot log into my O2 app anymore

I do not understand why I am charged for making calls in Guernsey - I have a bolt on - I can use my phone in Europe and England. I have had my account for over 20 years!
