Mobile hotspot

My mobile hotspot is not working properly, it keeps cutting my internet access off after about 20 minutes of usage. There are only 2 devices using the hotspot in my area. It used to work fine, but is now doing this for the past 2 montt try ha or so.

Extra with switch up

I got 6 months of prime back in April when I got the S24U and I had used my switch up in July to get the Fold6 and had chosen prime as my extra again but the extra hasn't been extended and is expiring I'm October. How do I correct this
