I live in FLEET and apparently the mast nearest me is inoperative. Anyone else experiencing the same issue it's been 4 days now? No update until Friday 11th February 2022 is the message on site.

Resolved! Upgraded phone and tariff

I have upgraded my iPhone X to an iPhone 12 with also upgrading to a new tariff. Can I use my SIM card from my iPhone X into the iPhone 12 or will I have to use a new SIM card?

Resolved! Wrong message about data been used

I have 160 GB of data. Yet I received msg saying 80% been used while I had 111 GB data left then. I ignored it, then had msg saying 100% data used, when I had 99 GB left. any advice!!! thank you in advance

Resolved! Payment

Hi I payed up my outstanding bill for my phone with a different card and o2 also received so I could upgrade my phone. When does it show on my bill as its a one off with the card and not the one I normally use.
