It shows that I pay 99p a month for iTunes …I don’t know what this is and would like to cancel it please

It's for an additional iCloud storage option.

You need to cancel with Apple.

You either need to check on your apple device via subscriptions or if you no longer have an apple device, login to appleid.apple.com using your Apple ID.. 

If you dont know your login details you will need to contact Apple Support https://support.apple.com  

There is nothing o2 can do to cancel it, as the payment request is passed on from Apple..
