Trying to pay my bill

Hi, 

I’m trying to pay a bill and cancel my contract on a SIM I have never used. Having never used it I don’t know the number and don’t have the SIM anymore. I’m being chased for payment, but anytime I try to ask how I can pay I’m asked for my number. How can I pay and cancel my contract?

Use the specific Payment management number 0800 902 0217

The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm
