Hello can someone advise me regards to my upgrade I made please

I recently contacted 02 customer services regards to my upgrade because I made an upgrade online I received a number beginning with NC And it never went through so customer service told me to clear any baskets of any orders and check my spam mail etc and log in and out of my02 can anybody spread some light on what has happened? The customer service agent told me that my upgrade was going to be successful but I didn't complete it apparently just very confused right now. Not sure what to do about it

You need to contact O2 customer service again and hope you get a competent representative to help you.

Looks like you should contact the sales team as they can help with that – message them on Social Media if that works best for you
