Hopefully someone may know the answer?
I can log into our business account however when I try to view the bill I get the following :
No matter what browser I try? The problem is this account was set up by one of our directors who has recently passed away and we arent 100% certain as to which name he has put it under, and when you call o2 thats all they want to know and tell you that you havent passed security! We could supply numerous other answers but thats all they want! They are totally unsypathetic and unhelpful
We need to remove a phone and add another plus upgrade handsets ! They have told us to go into a store, which I will try to do but I suspect they wont deal with me as I am not on the account yet ........ my husband is running a small factory time is precious so for him to go in will be un realistic
If anyone can help with how I get to see a bill or even if they have an email I can contact o2 that would be fantastic.
We are at the point that if we dont get this resolved we will leave o2, although god know how as we can tactually speak to anyone.
