I would be grateful if someone could help me, I am a current 02 customer and looking to avail of one of the summer sale 02 simplicity deals.
when I try to upgrade as a current customer and request to keep my current number. As I progress through the transaction, I am presented with a new 02 number.
when I rang up 02 they said don’t proceed as it’s high risk I could lose my current number and told me to abandon the process as it may be the case that the deal is not for current customers.
can someone advise on the process and how to keep my current number ?
