hello, 9 days ago i was upgrade my contract but my phone still did not comming.... what to do?

@Vytautas If you did your upgrade online there's a very good chance that the phone you ordered is not in stock. O2's online stock reporting isn't live, so it's pot luck as to how long you may have to wait to get your new phone.
