I have had my phone for over 90 days and decided I want to switch up my handset. I go through the process and it comes up with an error and will not let me switch up. I  pay for O2 Switch up, I previously complained and was offered 50 pounds to withdraw the complaint that I accepted. But it is happening again

@PhilML1956

O2 impose restrictions on the number of accounts you are allowed, so if you're under 6, it will be refused online.

Work around is to go in store to do it, as mentioned above.

Guide:Switch Up - What's involved?

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Online is almost guaranteed to fail

Not too mention O2 recycle may well come back with a much reduced value of your phone

ie  dead pixel, damaged in transit, minute surface scratches...their list of screwing you over points seem endless and imaginary!Whereas a store give you proper appraisal of the returned handset...
