to be honest though it's a pretty poor show that it is shown on the website if website orders are not valid

so i have just re read the T&C and it appears that now it appears that telesales items are not eligible for the £50 voucher
i feel sure it didnt say that originally but there is no revision date on them
my complaint with 02 still stands as according to the webchat with customer services i was due to recieve one

i have raised this to a official complaint with 02 i studied the T&C originally and i am pretty sure it applied to all listed handsets from 02 regardless of how it was ordered although it does not read that now
