How do I stop auto-top up on Pay as You Go

Hi , I can't seem to find a way of cancelling the auto-top up on a Pay as You account. Can you help?

You should be able to do it in your MyO2 http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2 but if not, call CS on 4445.

Hi unfortunately there is no advice on how to do this on the post you have referred to. It just says I should be able to achieve this is MyO2. This is exactly where I have tried to do it. I cannot work out how. There appear to be no menu options for this.
