I have an old style nokia mobile phone with o2 which i have had for years and I think I need to move into the 21st century, is there a simple way I can find out if I can get a FREE upgrade to a smart phone please?

@Bluto36 any O2 shop will talk you through your option and you will walk out with your upgrade. Much easier than trying to do it online.
