Does anyone know where to return an upgrade device as ive been trying to call millions of times but i cant get hold of anyone at the minute?thanks

Hi Froz,
Unfortunatly you will have to speak to customer serices via phone in order to process your return. I get that the waiting times are much longer than normal at the moment but you will have to get through to customer service and they will send out a return pack for you.
