Why don't you use Tesco Mobile? They use the O2 network, and do contracts similar to O2 Refresh called Anytime Upgrade. Doesn't Tesco give their employees a discount?

They do give disscounts but I still have a year to go on contract.

Have iphone 5s and im sick of being the only one apart from others with 5s not to be able to connect to internet at work, so looking to change to Samsung alpha/S5

So others on O2 on alternative phones can connect to O2 Internet but your iPhone 5s will not ?

correct, have tried all the web recommendations and even had a new phone but still get poor reseption as do others with o2 and 5s
