I haven't received the promotional code for the discount on the buds 3 pro when purchasing my z fold 7 despite being within the promotional period.

As suggested if you're still chasing your code, please contact customer service, who will do some checks and if eligible will take £20 payment to order your Buds3 Pro.
HOWEVER please drop me a PM with your mobile number first, so i can note your account with instuctions for the advisor to complete the order correctly.

I too haven't recieved my code, I figured I'd wait the 30 days and ensure the cooling off period had passed since I got the device but nothing, anyone have an advice? CS have advised twice to wait.

Haven't received my code either. Contacted CS twice. The first time they told me it was going to come 3 weeks after I got the phone. Second time they said they couldn't do anything because it was a delay with Samsung themselves.

o2 actually give you a phone number to call, in the t&c's
