Not got discount for galaxy buds 3 pro yet

I got the z flip 7 for the offer of the galaxy buds 3 pro. Said I should have gotten the code sent to me by email or sms after 30 days but I haven't got anything. This was in July it was ordered.

For anyone curious or in the same situation. No o2 have not solved the issue yet and I haven't gotten the offer that i signed up for. They don't seem to understand what the issue is when I call and just tell me to buy the item online. They seem to think I just want to buy them and no matter how much I explain I was supposed to get a coupon for it They just get confused.

I did yes, Dave tried to help and got a note put on my account for when I called but it seems like the people on the phones just dont understand what they are needing to do. Or what the issue is. Just kept directing me how to purchase them through the website or go into a store. No matter how much I explained I am supposed to have a coupon to get it for £20. Really annoying as you sign a contract for an offer that is advertised then O2 just seem to not have a working system to deliver it. What's worse is I think I've had issues with every offer I've ever tried to get through O2. It only ever worked 50% of the time. The rest I had to go back and forth with customer service for months.
