Every time I try to get to a person through chat it keeps telling me
I’ve contacted out of business hours. That’s just untrue as it’s 2:30PM
on a Monday.

On the other note does anyone know how I can get my extra reactivated as
they removed it from my account in store claiming it was part of the
switch up process. I can't add it back on as it wants me to pay for it
now.
Then it seems O2 have wrongfully switched me to the new system as the
store staff showed me the computer showing me on the 90 day switch up.
They are also still misinformed anyway as they told me anyone on the
legacy system will get switched to the n...
This post is misleading and incorrect. I took my plus plan out before
3rd August yet even after switching up after that I was not kept on the
anytime terms they moved me to the 90 days which contradicts this post.

Okay thank you all! O2 don't have the clearest information on their
website as it is very hard to locate and just quick few sentences in a
lot of places. And in store staff can have varying and conflicting
information.
