Device Plan payment

Does anyone know if there’s a way to make an additional payment to a Device Plan without calling O2? I’ve checked the My O2 app and website and can’t find any online option for this. Seems I can pay my airtime plan online or via automated phone call - but not my Device Plan. Is that right, or have I missed something??

Thanks. That’s the problem, can’t get through to speak to anyone. Was hoping there would be an easier online option - doesn’t seem to be the case!
