Is anyone else getting this error when trying to download their Bill? I have cleared Cache, used different browsers and even different machines and can't download any of my bills. I was on live chat and was told that if I wanted the bill sent out then I would be charged! All I need is a copy of my Bill emailed to me for my accounts.

VAT invoice disappeared after my last upgrade in Jan, gave up trying to get it switched back on in March after repeated calls. The Device Plan seems not to be configured to work that way in any case.
Since start of July, cannot view bill detail at all. Total shambles, worst I have seen since joining O2 in their Cellnet days over a decade ago.
Now with EU calls all on a par, no reason not to switch to Vodafone, given the strongest signal after O2(UK) where I live is vodafone.irl!

Sick to death trying to print off my bill at the end of each month. Terrible service and will be moving from o2 at the end of this contract. Two contracts removed, two to go!

You need to report it to O2 so they have a record of your number whilst they work on a fix https://www.o2.co.uk/contactus

Come on Martin ... this error is costing me time and money! I can happily print out bills against a different account. What's going on? I'm guessing O2 will still be taking my money??
