Word of warning:

02 will never help you. I have had problem after problem and been lied twice now. Disappointment doesn't even come into it after being a customer for over 10 years, and all they say to me is 'it'll cost this much'.....total cowboy sham company. I regret the day I took out a contract with them. I am constantly screwed over and ripped off, barely have signal, can never get online unless its on wifi, absolute sham! and they wont let me cancel (even though they lied, without charge.

 

I recommend getting shut of 02, cos they do not look aftre long term customers, they just screw us over.

Yes it's unfortunate, some customers can't seem to get the support they feel they need or deserve from customer service.

I agree and submit it's a fact that some will be happy and some won't.

Same across the other Network Forums 😞

Hopefully we as members go some way to help resolve lots of issues ,and help the OP turn the corner.

We rarely get people here who want to praise O2...as is always the way....

It is nice though when we get the occasional 'happy camper' Smiley Very Happy

To be fair on this occasion @Anonymous has a very valid point and he/she certainly should have been credited. Should not have to pay the higher contract rate without the handset that formed part of the deal.

O2 Should explain themselves on that one and may have lost a customer because of it.

Quite right. I'm not sure how they can justify charging a new tariff until the phone arrives.

Most of the people who complain really do have a valid reason for doing so...

 

I just think its sad that O2 appear to value their customers so little slight_frown
