Hi I would like to change my direct debit how do I go about this.

Hi @dv 

If you want to change the bank the direct debit comes out of, then you can do this yourself via My O2

https://www.o2.co.uk/myo2 (under My Details)

 

If you want to change the date of the DD  then follow the advice given above.

Hi @dv you need to call 202 and speak to customer service.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

If you’ve got a new bank account you could also use the current account switch service to switch all your credits and direct debits over to the new account automatically.

 

You would need to contact your new bank in order to do this
