Has anyone had any success in cancelling their contract when they have no coverage at all from 02 where they live,

i am am moving house at the end of the month and there is absolutely no signal in the area

Hi @Anonymous You will be able to cancel your contract but only after you have paid it off in full

If on refresh just pay the device plan off and walk away. You won't get any "free" cancellations due to you moving house.

It's your choice to move to an area where there is no o2 coverage not O2 so you can't get out of your contract for free I'm afraid. Pay off your contract then you are free to choose other networks but use payg sims first to see which one is best
