I drive a Lorry all over the country and find the connection is terrible most places I go both on the phone calls and internet. I’d like to leave O2 and go to a different provider but I’m contracted to November 26th. How do I go about cancelling?

Check how much you have left to pay by texting INFO to 85075. Then follow Guide: Cancelling Your Contract @GazzaD - you may have nothing to pay if you begin the process in the next 2 weeks. Do not cancel any DIRECT DEBIT until 6 weeks or so after cancellation, to allow O2 to take or make the final balance payment.
