Solved: Faulty phone

I have a flip phone and where it folds as become very creased and also the camera lense has started to smudge like a large black blob. I can't see the phone withstanding the term of the contract

Contact the manufacturer to see what is covered under warranty, or claim off any insurance you might have.

Bank account, home insurance etc.
