Extra charge

Access myo2 account

Hi I’m unable to access my O2 account. When I try to add my pay as you go it says the number is already registered with a my O2 account.

I can’t log into my o2

I can’t log into my o2keeps saying it’s not available to me yet, even though I’ve been on o2 over 10 years

Requesting VAT bills retrospectively

Ive been onto 3 different departments over the phone and no-one seems to be able to help. They can amend my account to show VAT charges moving forward but to show VAT charge breakdown on past bills no-one knows. Help - this should be a basic request....
