I have not had any mobile network coverage since the 17th October and you've just sent me a bill for £12.50.  I understand you are working on a mast nearby however this is a long time to have gone without being able to use my mobile and I don't think I should have to pay for a service I'm not receiving.

You need to contact customer service
We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 using the links below, they should be able to help you with this
or give them a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202

Have you travelled from your home location during the past 13days?

WiFi-calling is a good solution in the meantime.
