Best bet is to all go into an O2 store with your phones and photo ID and get them Swapped for O2 SIM cards.

I've been in St Helens a few times over the past couple of years and never experienced  problems

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

You @Chas9187 might also find this app of use :-

My Network App - Find Out More About Your Network Coverage | Apps | O2

https://www.o2.co.uk/apps/my-network

Understand your network coverage

With the My Network app you can keep an eye on your coverage, wherever you are. Download the app and you’ll be able to:

- check the status of our network in your area – you don’t even need to enter your postcode

- test your network speeds

- report any issues with your service.

It’s simple to use and means that you can check the network without having to visit the main site or even enter a postcode.

That is not good at all @Chas9187 !

Have you taken the advice of @Enlli (above) and visited your local O2 retail store in order to get your SIMs replaced ?

Remember to take photographic identification (photo ID) with you ! 👍

Well @Chas9187, two out of three sounds like progress.

If you keep rebooting your handset, hopefully yours will update too. 👍
